Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Terms

We accept deposits via Mastercard, Visa, MiFinity, Neosurf, Flexepin and CASHlib, each with a minimum deposit of EUR 20. We also support Zimpler Pay N Play deposits, allowing faster onboarding without a traditional no account casino registration process. Withdrawals are processed only through bank transfer (minimum EUR 100) or MiFinity (minimum EUR 25), and we return payouts exclusively to the account from which funds originated.

We apply a withdrawal limit of EUR 1,000 per transaction across both payout methods. Maximum winnings eligible for withdrawal from a deposit bonus depend on the bonus percentage applied, ranging from 3x the deposit for 200% and above bonuses to 12x the deposit for bonuses between 25% and 99%. We cap winnings from free spins at EUR 100, and cashback or loyalty bonus winnings at 5x the bonus amount. Players who have never deposited may withdraw a maximum of EUR 25 in total winnings.

We charge a dormant account fee of EUR 10 per month if your account remains inactive for more than six months, increasing to EUR 15 per month after two years of inactivity. A chargeback reminder issued by us carries a processing fee of EUR 50. We may also charge administrative costs on withdrawals subject to extended verification.

Welcome Bonus and Promotional Terms

Our welcome package at SpinStag is advertised as 250% up to EUR 3,000 plus 1000 free spins spread across your first three deposits, each requiring a minimum deposit of EUR 20. The first deposit bonus offers 150% up to EUR 1,000 with 40x wagering on deposit plus bonus. The second deposit bonus offers 100% up to EUR 2,000 with 35x wagering. The third deposit unlocks up to 1000 free spins on Big Bass Splash, or on Betsoft's Wilds of Fortune where Pragmatic Play is unavailable, with winnings wagered at 30x.

The first two deposit bonuses remain claimable for 30 days, while free spins must be used within 7 days. All wagering must be completed within 30 days of activation. When playing with an active bonus, we apply a minimum bet of EUR 0.50 and a maximum bet of EUR 5 per spin, or 15% of the bonus amount, whichever limit is reached first. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots contribute 100%, virtual and lucky games contribute 50%, and table games contribute 20%. Live casino games do not contribute toward bonus wagering at all.

We offer a wide range of ongoing promotions, including our Monday reload bonus, Tuesday free spins, Wednesday double fun offer, Live Casino Thursday cashback, Friday and Sunday free spins, and our Saturday live casino reload bonus. Only one bonus may be active on your account at any time, and deposit bonuses expire 10 days after being credited if unused. Any no-deposit bonus we grant requires a deposit and 3x wagering before any withdrawal request can be processed. Players from our Excluded Territories are not eligible to claim any bonus offered by SpinStag.
